INGREDIENTS
- approx. 450 g pork tenderloin
- 100 g slices of English bacon
- 2 dcl cherry non-alcoholic beer
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pink pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes or ground
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Himalayan salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix cherry beer, crushed garlic, oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed pepper, chili, mustard, and chopped rosemary.
- 2Marinate the tenderloin in the marinade and leave it in the fridge to marinate preferably overnight, but at least for 2 hours.
- 3Remove the tenderloin from the marinade and wrap it in slices of bacon. Heat the grill to 240 degrees and grill each side for 5 minutes. Remember the sides of the tenderloin as well. Adjust the time according to the thickness of the meat. Properly grilled tenderloin should remain pink inside.
- 4Once the tenderloin is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes to remain juicy. Then slice it, salt it, and serve.
