Ethiopia,

This specialty coffee comes from the Hambela Wamena washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, established in 2018 by the founder of Tega & Tula farms. The station is located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters above sea level on the peak of the highest mountain in the Hambela area and currently processes coffee from approximately 3,900 small-scale producers. Flavor profile: Figs, flowers, caramelFarm: GujiCoffee processing: DryVariety: 100% Arabica Bourbon, CatuaiFarmers in the surrounding area grow coffee on very small plots along with other crops. The harvested cherries are delivered to the station, where they are sorted, weighed, and further processed using the washed method. The coffee is then traditionally dried on raised African beds. The flavor profile of this coffee is fresh and fruity, with notes of figs and nectarines. When combined with milk, the caramel sweetness stands out. The coffee is particularly suitable for espresso but also performs well in preparations like moka pot or cappuccino. The Hambela Wamena station also implements long-term social programs – supporting the construction of roads and schools, providing technical equipment for farmers, and contributing to healthcare, especially for women in the community. On each package, you will find a grid – how to read it correctly and how it can help you? To facilitate coffee selection, Industra. Coffee, in collaboration with the Steezy graphic studio, created a “grid” – a simple grid where you can easily find the characteristics of each coffee. The red dot on the description of each coffee is placed precisely to help you easily imagine how the coffee will taste. The higher the dot, the more excitement you can expect in the coffee's flavor. The greater the surprise and fun it can be. The coffees are fruity, fun, interesting, and make you think about what exactly it is that you enjoy so much about them. Citrus – ChocolateFrom citrus to chocolate is still a long way, so imagine in between: citrus, berries, green apples, red apples, stone fruits, dried fruits, nuts, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate. Mild – WildWhat is mild coffee? We would say it is unpretentious. Coffee that you can simply have every morning without thinking too much about it. It's just good.
