Zichovec Krahulík 11

The Czech eleven-degree beer has earned an honorable position in the world of traditional domestic lagers in recent decades. We also love its advantageous position between its weaker and stronger alternatives. For our Krahulík 11, we wanted to capture the advantages of this degree and create a harmonious connection between the drinkability of our ten-degree beer and the intense flavor of the twelve-degree beer. For this purpose, we chose two modern Czech hop varieties. The first is Saaz Shine, a variety registered in 2019, which exhibits a lower amount of bitter acids, creating a very elegant bitter profile. The second is Harmonie, a modern aromatic variety that, in addition to typical herbal and floral tones, also has a light citrus note, which earned it its name. Thanks to the higher fermentation, typical for all our lagers, this unique hop duo really has the space to shine.
