Usage
Pour 3 tablespoons into warm water or milk (180 ml) and gradually heat. Whisk until the chocolate is fully combined (at a temperature of 60–70 °C). Serve warm.
About the producer
Herufek s.r.o. is a family-owned chocolate factory from South Moravia that focuses on processing cocoa beans with an emphasis on quality. It collaborates with farmers from the Toledo region in Belize, where the beans are sourced from more than 300 small farmers. It uses a fermentation method provided by Maya Mountain Cacao and processes varieties such as Amelonado and Upper Amazon Forastero hybrids. Herufek s.r.o. also partners with MOTMOT Company to produce chocolate with coffee beans, combining two family businesses.
