This coffee from the El Aguacate farm in the San Carlos, Pérez Zeledón region is processed using the Natural method and offers medium, pleasantly fruity acidity. The flavor profile includes raspberries, dried figs, and a caramel hint of panela.

The Acuña family, who run the farm, has been dedicated to coffee cultivation for three generations. Thanks to their ecological approach and control of the entire process, they ensure the purity and quality of every bean.

Use
Recommended for preparation using filter methods such as Aeropress, Chemex, French Press, V60, Vacuum Pot, and Moka Pot. For the best taste, use the beans no earlier than 7 days after the roasting date. After opening the package, let the coffee air out for at least 4 hours.
