Meatloaf made from coarsely ground beef and pork, prepared according to the Naše maso recipe. The meat comes from heifers and oxen from Czech farms and from Přeštice Black-Pied pigs.

The baked loaf is ideal for a quick lunch as well as for cold dishes. Thanks to the mix of meat, onions, garlic and spices, it works well in a roll, on bread, or as a main course with a side dish. Country of rearing: Czech Republic. Country of slaughter: Czech Republic.

Use

Serve cold or reheated. Sear the slices in a moderately hot pan. Reheat the whole loaf in the oven at 120 °C for about 45 minutes in a roasting dish with a little water; uncover at the end to restore the crust.
