INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 300 ml beef broth
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g Parmesan for sprinkling

    Heat olive oil in a pot and add pressed garlic. Let it become fragrant.

    Add meat to the pot with the garlic and sauté together. Once the meat is browned, add tomato paste and stir in. Sauté together for a minute or two.

    Pour two cans of chopped canned tomatoes over the meat with the paste and pour in the broth. Simmer together for 5 minutes with the lid on.

    Add dried spaghetti to the pot (they are easier to work with if broken in half), stir and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, until the spaghetti is tender.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the finished pasta sprinkled with Parmesan.
