- 3 slices of toast bread
- 2 slices of streaky bacon
- 6-8 thin slices of turkey breast
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Olive oil spray for toast
- Olive oil for turkey breast
- A little lettuce (iceberg, romaine, crispy, or oak leaf)
- 3-4 slices of tomato
- Free-range egg
- Sliced cheese to taste (optional)
- Seasoning
- Freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Cut the turkey breast into 2-3 pieces, similar in size and especially height to proper chicken breasts. Season, salt, and place in a preheated all-metal pan with olive oil. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
Meanwhile, toast the bread slices sprayed on both sides with olive oil. Slowly render the bacon in a pan. In the same pan, in the fat released by the bacon, slowly prepare a fried egg. Slice the turkey meat as thinly as possible. Do the same with the tomato.
Assemble the sandwich in the following order: toast, mayonnaise, bacon, turkey meat, tomatoes, mayonnaise, toast, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, egg, mayonnaise, toast.
