Buy all ingredients right below the recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/2 cup kefir milk
  • 1/2 cup oat flakes
  • 2 dates
  • 2 g matcha
  • Coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Throw all the ingredients into a blender (except for a piece of banana, which you will need for garnishing the pancakes).

    Preheat your pancake pan and don't forget the coconut oil, don't skimp on it, so the pancakes come out easily. If you don't have coconut oil, use whatever you have at home.

    Then just make the pancakes (about 2 minutes on each side) and garnish with banana, a bit of kefir, and sprinkle with matcha!
