  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g soft salami
  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 20 g onion
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon full-fat mustard
  • freshly ground pepper
  • salt

    Grate the Hermelín cheese on a coarse grater and place it in a bowl.

    Peel the eggs, grate them on a coarse grater, and add them to the bowl.

    Cut the salami into small cubes and add it to the bowl.

    Clean the onion, finely chop it, and add it to the bowl.
