COMPETITION RULES FOR ŠKODA ENYAQ

These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the consumer competition named "Škoda Enyaq summer contest" ("competition"). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address www.rohlik.cz/tema/letni-soutez-o-enyaq and constitute the sole binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the Rohlik.cz e-shop.

Soutěž bude probíhat na území České republiky na internetové adrese www.rohlik.cz („soutěžní stránky“) v soutěžním období

 

od 30. 6. 2023 14:30:00 hod. do 31. 8. 2023 23:59:59 hod.

Rozhodujícím okamžikem pro posouzení, zda soutěžící splnil podmínky pro zařazení do soutěže v daném soutěžním období, je okamžik odeslání závazné objednávky zboží uskutečněné prostřednictvím e-shopu rohlik.cz, která následně (tj. i po uplynutí soutěžního období) nebyla zákazníkem vrácena (a to jako celek nebo i jen částečně, pokud by v důsledku toho došlo k poklesu hodnoty minimální požadované výše objednávek potřebných pro účast v soutěži), resp. u níž kupujícím nebylo odstoupeno od kupní smlouvy. Pro vyloučení pochybností se stanoví, že uplatnění oprávněné reklamace zboží nesnižuje hodnotu objednávky pro účel účasti v soutěži.

Any natural person over 18 years of age who has a user account registered under their name on the rohlik.cz e-shop and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set out by these rules ("competitor") may participate in the competition. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.cz e-shop only after prior registration, one user account maintained on the rohlik.cz e-shop is considered one competitor. All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are in a relationship of close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in violation of the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the competition competitors against whom it records unpaid receivables arising from their previous contractual relationships.

The competition includes prizes of the following type, number, and value: 1. 1x ŠKODA Enyaq iV car to be owned by the winner; 2. 2x loan of a ŠKODA Enyaq car for a period of one year from the date of handover with a mileage limit of 25,000 km. ("prizes")
