Competition Rules for Limited Edition Skis

1. ORGANIZER

The organizer of the competition is Velká Pecka s.r.o., ID: 03024130, located at Sokolovská 100/94, 186 00 Prague 8 – Karlín, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 226550 (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

 

 

2. DURATION AND LOCATION OF THE COMPETITION

The competition runs from December 16, 2019, to December 22, 2019, inclusive, and is territorially limited to the territory of the Czech Republic and takes place in the online store Rohlík.cz

 

 

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?

Any natural person over the age of 18 from among the customers of the online store Rohlík.cz with a delivery address in the territory of the Czech Republic, who meets the conditions for participation in the competition, can participate.

Persons in an employment or similar relationship with the Organizer or with persons personally and property-related to the Organizer, including their relatives and close persons, are excluded from participation in the competition.

 

 

4. COMPETITION MECHANICS

The competition consists of a one-time purchase of at least 3 pieces of Kofola. Each participant who meets the conditions for participation in the competition will be entered into the draw for prizes in the competition.

 

 

5. PRIZES IN THE COMPETITION

The organizer of the competition has provided the following prizes:

1 x women's downhill skis Sporten in a limited edition Kofola

(the highest model of skis for adults in the Performance category – recreational skiing worth 14,000 CZK, length 152 cm, radius 9.9/11.7, including VIST VSP 311 bindings)

 

1 x men's downhill skis Sporten in a limited edition Kofola

(the highest model of skis for adults in the Performance category – recreational skiing worth 15,500 CZK, length 168 cm, radius 12.1/14.7, including Tyrolia PRW 12 GW bindings)

 

1 x women's cross-country skis Sporten in a limited edition Kofola

(women's cross-country skis worth 4,500 CZK, length 185 cm, including PROLINK auto bindings)

 

1 x men's cross-country skis Sporten in a limited edition Kofola

(men's cross-country skis worth 4,500 CZK, length 205 cm, including PROLINK auto bindings)

 

6. SELECTION OF WINNER

A total of 4 winners will be selected in the competition. The organizer will select 4 winners no later than 7 working days after the end of the competition, who have met all the conditions for participation in the competition, i.e., made the required purchase, by drawing through an application based on the principle of random selection.

The winner will be asked by the organizer to provide their name, surname, email, phone number, and address details for the purpose of delivering the prize.

If the winner does not provide the organizer with their contact details within 3 working days of being contacted via email, the winner loses the right to the prize.

Participants who do not properly meet any of the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with the relevant provisions of these rules lose the right to the prize.

If a selected winner loses the right to the prize, the organizer is entitled to select a substitute winner within 7 days from the day of exclusion of the winner, according to Article 5 of these rules, and notify them of this fact in accordance with these rules.

 

 

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided by them, either by the organizer or by a third party (supplier). The winner acknowledges that the organizer is entitled to provide their personal data to a third party for the purpose of delivering the prize. At the same time, the third party is entitled to use these data only for the purpose of delivering the prize and to process them for a maximum of 3 months.

 

 

 

8. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, APPROVAL OF RULES

  1. Granting consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for participation in the competition.

  2. The organizer of the competition warns that the personal data of the participant in the scope of name and surname (including their Facebook profile designation), then the email address, phone number, and delivery address of the winner, released within the Facebook permission dialog, will be processed by the organizer of the competition as the controller and the organizer as the processor, for the purposes of participation in the competition and delivery of the prize to the winners of the competition.

  3. The processing of personal data will last for 2 years from the end of the competition.

  4. Participants and winners acknowledge that their personal data will be processed for this purpose.

  5. Personal data are provided by participants voluntarily for the given purpose, without the need to grant their consent based on the fulfillment of rights and obligations from this competition and/or the legitimate interest of the organizer.

  6. The organizer is entitled to publish the name of the winner on its Facebook profile in the thread under the competition.

  7. The organizer is entitled to process the personal data of participants in the entire scope and for the purpose mentioned above, even through third parties appointed by the organizer.

 

 

9. OTHER PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the wording of these Competition Conditions.

  2. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules or conditions of the competition at any time, including its duration, or to cancel the competition in its entirety without giving a reason and without providing compensation. The organizer is obliged to promptly inform all participants of any changes to the competition conditions.

  3. In case of reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair conduct by the participant or another person who helped or could have helped the participant to win, or if such conduct occurs, the participant may be excluded from the competition; this applies equally in the case of other conduct by the participant or another person who helped or could have helped the participant to win, which is otherwise contrary to the competition rules or conditions.

  4. The organizer of the competition is not responsible for the functionality of the electronic social network Facebook, the delivery of emails sent within the competition, unless the non-delivery is caused by the organizer themselves.

  5. Participation in the competition does not automatically entitle the participant to a prize, and the prizes cannot be legally enforced. The prizes in this competition cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can a different prize than the one determined by the organizer be requested.

  6. This competition is not sponsored, managed, or affiliated with the electronic social network Facebook. The participant understands that they are providing their information to the organizer of the competition and not to the electronic social network Facebook. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the competition must be directed to the organizer, not Facebook.

  7. These rules, the competition, and the relationships between participants and the organizer are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic, excluding the conflict of laws rules of international private law.

  8. In addition to these conditions, some provisions of the Terms and Conditions may apply to the relationship between the organizer and the participant:
