Rules for the Kladno Challenge
1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of the competition is VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., ID: 03024130, located at Sokolovská 100/94, 186 00 Prague 8 – Karlín, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 226550 (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
3. DURATION AND LOCATION OF THE CHALLENGE
The CHALLENGE takes place in the online store rohlik.cz, from August 17, 2019, to August 31, 23:59, 2019, inclusive, and is territorially limited to purchases with a delivery address within the territory of the Czech Republic, town of Kladno, postal codes of the delivery address 272 01, 272 03, 272 04, 273 09, and 273 41.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE?
Any natural person over the age of 18 from the customers of the online store rohlik.cz can participate in the competition, who orders a purchase to the delivery address and within the dates specified in point 3 of this challenge, and who meets other conditions of participation in the competition listed below.
Persons in an employment or similar relationship with the Organizer or with persons personally and property-related to the Organizer, including their relatives and persons close to them, are excluded from participation in the competition.
5. COMPETITION MECHANICS
The competition consists of purchasing on rohlik.cz during the challenge period. Every 100th participant who meets the conditions of participation in the challenge can receive a free purchase on rohlik.cz worth 1,000 CZK, provided that during the period specified in point 3 above, rohlik.cz customers make at least 2000 orders delivered to any delivery address specified in point 3 above.
6. PRIZE IN THE CHALLENGE
The Organizer of the challenge provides the following prize: 20x credits for a purchase on rohlik.cz worth 1,000 CZK.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Every 100th participant who purchases on rohlik.cz during the above-mentioned period will receive 1,000 credits for a purchase upon meeting the conditions specified in point 5 of this challenge. A total of 20 customers will be rewarded in the challenge. Winners will be contacted within a week after the end of the challenge via email.
The winner will be contacted by the Organizer with a request to verify the name, surname, email under which they are registered on rohlik.cz for the purpose of crediting the credits to the winner's account.
Contestants who do not properly meet any of the conditions of participation in the competition in accordance with the relevant provisions of these rules lose their claim to the prize.
In the event that a selected winner loses their claim to the prize, the organizer is entitled to select a substitute winner within 7 days from the exclusion of the winner according to Article 5 of these rules and to notify them of this fact in accordance with these rules.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize will be credited to the winner's customer account on rohlik.cz.
9. OTHER PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the competition, the contestant confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the wording of these Competition Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules or conditions of the challenge at any time, including its duration, or to cancel the challenge in its entirety without giving a reason and without providing compensation. The Organizer is obliged to promptly inform all contestants of any change in the conditions of the challenge.
In case of reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair conduct by the contestant or another person who helped or could have helped the contestant to win, or if such conduct occurs, the contestant may be excluded from the competition; this applies equally in the case of other conduct by the contestant or another person who helped or could have helped the contestant to win, which is otherwise contrary to the competition rules or conditions.
Participation in the competition does not automatically entitle the contestant to a prize, and the prizes cannot be legally enforced. Prizes in this competition cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can a different prize than the one determined by the Organizer be requested.
