Love for honest ingredients and the joy of food is what always connected us with the Prague restaurant V Zátiší and their top chef Ramesh Mamgain, whose delicacies reign in the Rohlík Bistro section. It hit us even harder when we learned that this great chef and person had left us forever.

Ramesh brought the magic of modern European cuisine to traditional Indian recipes and cooked every dish with all his heart. Cooking, however, was not only his passion but also a way to support his family in India. That's why we thought about how to bid him a dignified farewell and at the same time help his bereaved family.
