Tip: Heat oil or butter, add almonds and toast until golden. Add garlic and let it become fragrant, then add the beans. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the eggs with pressed garlic, pine nuts and nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper. Then add the sautéed bacon as well. Warm everything over low heat for about 3 minutes and it’s ready!
