Rebel Kitchen Raw coconut water

Rebel Kitchen organic coconut water is sustainably sourced from small-scale farmers in the Philippines. Thanks to gentle cold processing using high-pressure processing (HPP), it retains all its natural flavour and nutrients without being heat-treated.

Why is it pink?

This coconut water comes from young green coconuts, which are naturally rich in antioxidants and phenolic compounds. These substances can naturally oxidise and cause the water to turn pink. Rebel Kitchen prioritises sustainability and minimising waste.
