Description
Rebel Kitchen organic coconut water is sustainably sourced from small-scale farmers in the Philippines. Thanks to gentle cold processing using high-pressure processing (HPP), it retains all its natural flavour and nutrients without being heat-treated.
Why is it pink?
This coconut water comes from young green coconuts, which are naturally rich in antioxidants and phenolic compounds. These substances can naturally oxidise and cause the water to turn pink. This process is completely natural. rohlik. rohlik. cz/uploads/images/K%C3%A1ja/kokosovavodarebel. png" width="750" loading="lazy">
Rebel Kitchen prioritises sustainability and minimising waste. The whole coconut is used completely – the coconut water is bottled, the flesh is used in Rebel Kitchen’s yoghurt range, and the coconut shells help power the facility. This way, they ensure nothing goes to waste while also supporting environmental responsibility.
