INGREDIENTS
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 400 g sweet potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 tub of sour cream
- Chives
- Dried garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Take the tenderloin out of the fridge an hour in advance to bring it to room temperature.
- 2Remove the membranes from the meat and cut off the thinner ends, which can be saved for another recipe. Season the tenderloin with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
- 3Heat the grill and sear the tenderloin on all sides. On an electric grill, the tenderloin will be medium with a pink center in 10-12 minutes. You can also use a probe thermometer, in which case grill the meat until the internal temperature reaches 62°C.
- 4Cut the sweet potatoes into half-centimeter slices, season with salt, drizzle with oil, and grill on both sides until softened.
- 5For the dip, mix sour cream with chopped chives and season with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.
