INGREDIENTS
- 20 g capers in brine
- 20 g pickles
- 10 g peeled onion
- 300 ml mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- pinch of freshly ground pepper
- pinch of granulated sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Rinse the capers and let them drain. Then chop them finely. Grate the pickle finely. Chop the onion finely.
- 2In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, add capers, pickles, onion, sugar, and lemon juice. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix well and let it chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Tip

You can also mix in one hard-boiled egg, finely chopped, into this sauce.
You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few drops of Tabasco.
You can add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard. In that case, do not add sugar.
