INGREDIENTS

  • 4 peeled cloves of garlic
  • 10 g rosemary leaves
  • 180 g olive oil
  • 8 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1.4 kg chicken wings
  • 25 g flat-leaf parsley leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a bowl, mix oil, lemon and lime juice, crushed garlic, finely chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir the marinade well until the salt dissolves.

    Add the wings, mix thoroughly, and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

    Preheat the oven to 185°C.

    Remove the wings from the marinade, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and put them in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Save the remaining marinade.

    Mix finely chopped parsley into the marinade and thoroughly brush the wings with it 3 minutes before the end of baking.
