CORIANDER BUTTER
- 15 g peeled garlic
- 50 g butter
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
CORN
- 4 ears of sweet corn
- 60 g salt
- 60 g granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORIANDER BUTTER
- 1Crush the garlic.
- 2In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the garlic and lemon zest, and let the garlic sizzle briefly over low heat. Be careful not to let it turn golden! Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chopped coriander.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORN
- 1In a pot, bring 3 liters of water to a boil with salt and sugar. Add the corn cobs and cook them covered for 30 minutes. Occasionally turn the cobs during cooking. Drain the cooked corn thoroughly in a colander.
- 2In a pan over high heat, heat the oil and roast the cobs on all sides until golden brown. Then pour over the coriander butter and serve immediately.
