INGREDIENTS
- Bunch of kale (approx. 200 g)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Thoroughly wash the kale leaves and remove the tough parts of the stems. Cut or tear them into smaller pieces so they can be easily eaten in one bite.
- 2In a bowl, mix olive oil with salt and pepper.
- 3Coat the washed and dried pieces of kale leaves with the seasoned oil and arrange them on a baking sheet so they do not overlap.
- 4Bake for approximately 7 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. The result will be crispy, still slightly green, kale chips.
Tip
You can sprinkle the chips with sesame seeds at the end.
