INGREDIENTS
- 4× eggs
- 2 teaspoons of honey (to taste)
- 1× medium banana (mashed)
- 500 g semi-skimmed quark
- Zest of a lemon (grated)
- 1× vanilla pudding (organic)
- 300 g white yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 400 g mix of fresh forest fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- 2Mix the eggs with honey, banana, and quark.
- 3Gradually add all the other ingredients to the mixture.
- 4Prepare a cake tin with a diameter of 25 cm and pour the batter into it. If you wish, you can decorate the batter with fruit now.
- 5Place the tin with the batter in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 170 °C.
- 6After the specified time, reduce the temperature to 150 °C and bake for another 20–25 minutes.
- 7Let the baked cake cool down.
- 8If you did not decorate the batter with fruit before baking, you can decorate the cooled cake with it.
- 9Store the cake in the refrigerator for no more than 3–4 days.
