  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 700 g small raw potatoes (cooking type A)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 ml cooking cream (12% fat)
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking dish (20 cm × 30 cm).

    Clean the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper. Thoroughly clean the potatoes with their skins on using a brush under running water, cut them in half, and arrange them in the prepared baking dish. Then season the potatoes with salt and pepper, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix everything thoroughly. Place the chicken breasts on top. Finally, in a bowl, whisk together the cream, mustard, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and pour the resulting mixture over the entire contents of the baking dish.

    Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 30–40 minutes at 170–180 °C.
