- 3 egg whites
- 50 g brown sugar
- 130 g shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 135–140 °C and line 2 baking sheets (42 cm × 30 cm) with baking paper.
- 2Then start preparing the mixture for the macaroons. In a medium-sized bowl, place 3 egg whites and beat them with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Gradually whisk in the brown sugar until it is all used and the mixture is firm and glossy. Finally, gently fold in the shredded coconut with a spatula.
- 3Spoon the macaroon mixture (Ø approx. 2–3 cm) onto the baking sheets lined with baking paper. Place the prepared sheets in the oven preheated to 135–140 °C and bake the macaroons for 25–30 minutes.
- 4After baking, let the macaroons cool for a while and serve.
Tip
You can dip the macaroons in quality melted dark chocolate before serving.
