INGREDIENTS
- 190 g can of tuna in own juice
- 100 g Lučina cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chives
INGREDIENTS FOR FINISHING
- 2 whole grain baguettes
- 2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place the eggs in hot water and boil them hard for 8-10 minutes.
- 2Chop the onion, chives, and capers finely. Open the can of tuna and drain the juice.
- 3Place all the ingredients except the eggs in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and add a pinch of pepper to taste. Slice the baguette and spread the mixture on it.
- 4Garnish with eggs and chives.
