INGREDIENTS FOR PORK TENDERLOIN
- 500 g pork tenderloin
- Pepper
- Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR MUSHROOMS
- 500 g mushrooms
- 150 g onion
- 30 g ghee
- 250 ml cooking cream 33%
- ½ teaspoon salt
INGREDIENTS FOR GREEN BEANS
- 150 g onion
- 30 g ghee
- Clove of garlic
- Salt
- 350 g green beans
SIDE DISH
- Rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the onion, chop it into cubes, and sauté in ghee. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the cooked onion. Let them simmer in the pan. Allow the water released by the mushrooms to evaporate. Finally, pour in the cream and cook until the cream thickens.
- 2Cut the tenderloin into thicker slices, about 1.5 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper. Place the slices of tenderloin on a hot pan and sear them for about 1 minute on each side.
- 3Sauté the onion for the green beans in ghee, then add the frozen green beans and cook until they soften. Finally, season with salt and add a clove of garlic.
Tip
If you don't want green beans as a side dish, make a three-color rice to go with the meat and sauce.
