CHICKEN SATAY

  • 500 g chicken meat
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a piece of chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • chopped fresh coriander

PEANUT SAUCE

  • 2.5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 1 chili pepper

YOU WILL ALSO NEED

  • Pack of skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a bowl. Add grated garlic, ginger, chopped coriander, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and mix everything thoroughly with your fingers.

    Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Skewer the meat and grill on all sides until golden brown.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PEANUT SAUCE

    In a pot, mix all the ingredients for the peanut sauce and simmer with 40 ml of water for about 8 minutes.
