CHICKEN SATAY
- 500 g chicken meat
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a piece of chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- chopped fresh coriander
PEANUT SAUCE
- 2.5 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 1 chili pepper
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Pack of skewers
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a bowl. Add grated garlic, ginger, chopped coriander, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and mix everything thoroughly with your fingers.
- 2Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Skewer the meat and grill on all sides until golden brown.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PEANUT SAUCE
- 1In a pot, mix all the ingredients for the peanut sauce and simmer with 40 ml of water for about 8 minutes.
