  • 200 g dried dates
  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa

  • Baking paper
  • Cling film

INSTRUCTIONS

    Soak the dates in water and let them soften overnight. Then drain the water, chop them into pieces, and blend. Add cashew nuts and cocoa and blend briefly again.

    Press the dough into a bar mold. If you don't have a mold, a loaf pan lined with baking paper will work. Transfer the mixture into it and press it down with your hand to ensure there are no gaps in the dough.

    Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator and then cut into 6 equally wide bars. Wrap them in baking paper or cling film to prevent drying out.
