INGREDIENTS
- 200 g dried dates
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon cocoa

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Soak the dates in water and let them soften overnight. Then drain the water, chop them into pieces, and blend. Add cashew nuts and cocoa and blend briefly again.
- 2Press the dough into a bar mold. If you don't have a mold, a loaf pan lined with baking paper will work. Transfer the mixture into it and press it down with your hand to ensure there are no gaps in the dough.
- 3Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator and then cut into 6 equally wide bars. Wrap them in baking paper or cling film to prevent drying out.
