INGREDIENTS

- 50 ml olive oil
- 110 ml buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon ground poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix all the ingredients on a board and knead thoroughly by hand until a flexible dough is formed.
- 2Place in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
- 3Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm. Sprinkle with flour as needed, but just enough to prevent sticking. Cut out various shapes and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown for 18 - 20 minutes.
