  • 200 g finely milled oat flakes
  • 50 g pecan nuts
  • 10 g flax seeds
  • 20 g chicory syrup
  • Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and blend with a hand blender. You can also use 200 g of unsweetened apple puree.

    Pour the oats into a bowl, break or chop the nuts, add the seeds, chicory syrup, and about a tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix with the apples and spread in a thin layer on baking paper.

    Bake at 175°C for about 25-30 minutes, stirring the granola a few times during baking to prevent large clumps from forming.

    After removing from the oven, let it dry for another 2-3 days, then store it in a jar or other container.
Tip
Serve, for example, with plain yogurt, kefir, or quark.
