INGREDIENTS
- 2 mackerel fillets approx. 200 g
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 sprigs of lemon thyme
- 8 sage leaves
- A handful of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix olive oil with mustard and lime juice. Finely chop the herbs and chili pepper and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Rub this mixture into the washed and dried fillets.
- 2Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the fish. First, sauté on the skin side. After 2 minutes, turn the fillet and sauté for another 2 minutes on the other side. Adjust the time according to the thickness of the meat. Boiled or mashed potatoes are the best side dish.
