INGREDIENTS
- 100 g red lentils
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- Tablespoon of flaxseed oil
- 1 piece of red onion
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- 2 cm of ginger
- Half a teaspoon of curry powder
- 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
- Salt
- Clove of garlic
- Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Rinse the red lentils and cook them in salted water for about 10 minutes. After cooking, drain the water and let the lentils cool.
- 2Add seeds, oil, lemon juice, a pressed clove of garlic, and peeled and grated ginger. Add spices, about 2 turns of the pepper mill. Blend with a hand blender. Add finely chopped red onion to the blended spread.
- 3Garnish with toasted sunflower seeds and serve with fresh vegetables.
