INGREDIENTS FOR ROASTED VEGETABLES
- 2 pcs carrots (approx. 160 g)
- 1 small zucchini (200 g)
- 1 sweet potato (300 g)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
INGREDIENTS FOR TURKEY STEAK
- 300 g turkey breast
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 100 g sour cream
- Teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Wash the carrot and sweet potato, peel them with a peeler, and cut into cubes. There is no need to peel the young zucchini. Wash it and also cut it into cubes. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- 2Take the meat out of the fridge an hour in advance. Cut it into 1.5 - 2 cm slices. Salt and pepper it. Heat a grill pan, pour oil on it, wait a moment, and start grilling the meat. Grill the meat for several minutes on each side.
- 3Serve with the dressing, which is prepared by mixing the listed ingredients.
