INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g little gem salad
  • 200 g turnip
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 20 g parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Half a teaspoon of salt

INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING

  • 40 g tahini paste
  • 60 g sour cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Separate the salad into individual leaves, wash them, and cut into larger pieces. Peel the turnip and cut into small sticks.

    Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.

    Cut the chicken into slices and then into cubes. Salt and pepper it. Sauté the meat in a non-stick pan. Cook it on all sides for about 5 minutes.

    Mix the vegetables in a larger bowl together with the dressing and chicken pieces. Serve on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and parmesan slices.
