  • 250 g turkey meat
  • 80 g ricotta
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 20 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • A handful of fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) rapeseed oil
  • Lemon
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • Salt

  • 460 g cooked potatoes
  • 50 g spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) rapeseed oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 50 ml whole milk

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg yolk, lemon juice, pressed garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and stir everything together.

    Pound the turkey meat and brush one side with oil. Then add the ricotta mixture. On the spread mixture, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and basil. Roll up the meat, brush with oil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

    Pour oil into a pan and fry the spring onion. Then add it to the cooked potatoes. Salt, pepper, pour in milk, and mash everything together.

    Slice the turkey roulade and serve with mashed potatoes.
