  • 20 g semi-coarse wheat flour
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • 50 g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g chicken breast
  • 80 ml cooking cream 12%
  • 30 g spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, prepare the dough for the gnocchi. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water until soft, then peel them once cooled. Grate the potatoes finely and place them in a large bowl. Add both types of flour, salt, and egg to create a compact dough.

    Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll them into a log, then cut into centimeter-sized pieces and form into balls. You can use a fork to create a ridged pattern. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water and drain them once they float to the surface.

    Next, prepare the sauce. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in heated oil, then add chopped chicken pieces, and season with salt and pepper.

    Once the chicken is seared, add chopped spinach. When the spinach softens, add cream and simmer for a while. Add the cooked gnocchi to the finished sauce in the pan and mix thoroughly.
