INGREDIENTS
- 400 g plain flour
- 300 g softened butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 ml dry white wine
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Cling film
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the flour, butter, egg yolks, wine, and salt to make a smooth dough. In this case, it is not necessary to work it as long as with the fried version. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- 2Divide the rested dough into three parts, roll each into a sheet approximately 1 mm thick, and cut out rectangles with a pastry wheel, making three cuts in the middle. Place the individual pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving small gaps between them.
- 3Bake for 10 – 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C. The baked God's Grace should be pinkish and have characteristic blisters. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
