- 200 g smoked tofu
- 300 g carrots (peeled)
- 4 eggs
- 60 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Grate the tofu together with the peeled carrot coarsely and transfer both to a bowl. Then add the eggs, spelt flour, dried basil, curry powder, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper to the bowl and mix everything to form a smooth dough.
- 2Now prepare a larger pan and heat olive oil in it. Take a spoon or ladle and use it to form smaller patties directly in the pan from the prepared dough (approximately 4 patties should fit in the pan at once) and fry them over medium heat for 2–4 minutes on each side. The dough should be enough for approximately 16 patties.
- 3Divide the baked patties onto serving plates and serve.
