  • 200 g smoked tofu
  • 300 g carrots (peeled)
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Grate the tofu together with the peeled carrot coarsely and transfer both to a bowl. Then add the eggs, spelt flour, dried basil, curry powder, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper to the bowl and mix everything to form a smooth dough.

    Now prepare a larger pan and heat olive oil in it. Take a spoon or ladle and use it to form smaller patties directly in the pan from the prepared dough (approximately 4 patties should fit in the pan at once) and fry them over medium heat for 2–4 minutes on each side. The dough should be enough for approximately 16 patties.

    Divide the baked patties onto serving plates and serve.
