INGREDIENTS

  • approx. 500 g ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 g wild garlic (a handful)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes. After cooling, carefully peel them.
  • 2
In a bowl, mix the beef with chopped wild garlic, finely chopped shallot, mustard, breadcrumbs, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3
Spread the meat into a higher patty and place the eggs in a row on it. Wrap them with the meat. Be very careful, as the eggs are not fully cooked and are prone to cracking.
  • 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - top and bottom heat. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish greased with oil. Add water to about 1 cm of the meatloaf's height. Do not cover the meat and bake for about 25 - 30 minutes.
