INGREDIENTS
- 300 g Freee Doves Farm self-raising white mix (2 cups)
- 220 g granulated sugar (1 cup)
- 3 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
- 200 g 12% cream (plant-based cream)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Oil for greasing the ceramic lamb mold
- Smooth rice flour for dusting the ceramic lamb mold
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks with a pinch of salt.
- 2In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugars, cream, and flour.
- 3Carefully fold the stiff egg whites into the egg mixture.
- 4Grease the lamb mold with oil and dust with smooth rice flour. Pour the mixture into the ceramic lamb mold and cover with the other side of the lamb.
- 5Place in a cold oven, set it to 180°C, and bake for about 60 minutes.
- 6Then remove from the oven and let cool in the mold for another 20 minutes. Soak a towel in cold water and place it on the lamb mold. After another 20 minutes, remove the lid and turn out.
- 7You can dust the lamb with sugar, coat it with chocolate, or decorate it otherwise.
Tip
1 cup is approximately 250 ml.
