  • 30 g tandoori curry paste
  • 100 g chicken meat
  • 50 g salad mix
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 50 g chopped tomatoes
  • 50 g sliced onion
  • 1/2 mango
  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 8 - 10 mint leaves
  • Croutons from 2 rolls
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the chicken meat into cubes and marinate in a bowl with tandoori paste for 15 minutes. Then fry it in 2 tablespoons of oil until fully cooked.

    For the yogurt dressing, use finely chopped mint leaves, add them to the yogurt, salt, and mix well.

    In another bowl, mix the salad mix with onion, tomatoes, mango, and season with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt.

    Add the fried chicken and the juice of a squeezed lemon to the salad.

    Cut the rolls into small cubes and toast them in a drop of oil until golden brown.

    You can add the yogurt dressing along with croutons on top of the salad, or serve them in separate bowls.
