INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs tortillas
- 1 can of beans in tomato sauce
- 150 g cheddar
- 2 handfuls of nachos
- 1 avocado
- A handful of coriander
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Grate the cheddar, dice the avocado, and crush the nachos chips into smaller pieces.
- 2Place the tortilla on a cutting board. Take a knife and make a cut from the center of the tortilla down to the edge.
- 3Imagine the tortilla is divided into four parts (in half and each of these halves again in half). You will place a different ingredient in each part.
- 4In the first part to the left of the cut, place a handful of grated cheddar. In the next part, place the beans in sauce. In the next part of the tortilla, add a handful of crushed nachos, and in the last part, place the diced half of the avocado along with a few coriander leaves.
- 5Now you can start wrapping the tortilla. First, fold the cheese part over the beans, then fold both parts over the nachos, and complete the wrap by folding it over the part with avocado and coriander. For better clarity, watch the video above.
- 6Toast the wrapped tortilla dry on both sides in a pan, on a contact grill, or in a toaster.
