INGREDIENTS
- 150 g white yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- A pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 fresh mango or 250 g frozen
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the mango into cubes and place it in a tall container. If using frozen mango that is already cubed, do not wait for it to thaw and continue according to the instructions. If you have frozen mango only cut in halves, cut it with a knife even in its frozen state, as mango is soft and this should not pose a major problem.
- 2Pour in the milk and blend together with a hand blender until a smooth puree is formed.
- 3Add ground cardamom, yogurt, and a tablespoon of honey and blend together again. Pour the mixture into a glass and serve.
Tip
If not using frozen mango, you can add a few ice cubes to the mixture to make the lassi pleasantly cold.
