INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR GARLIC DIP
- 1 tub sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. Mix with olive oil in a bowl. Mix all the spices together and sprinkle over the fries. Mix thoroughly (with hands) to coat all the fries in the mixture and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2Bake the fries at 200°C until golden (about 15-20 minutes). Then turn them over and bake for the same amount of time on the other side.
- 3Serve as a side dish or just with a selected dip. They taste great, for example, with a garlic dip made from sour cream.
DIP INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the sour cream with pressed garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.
