INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 500 g ground beef
- 140 g tomato paste
- 300 ml beef broth
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g Parmesan for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Heat olive oil in a pot and add pressed garlic. Let it become fragrant.
- 2Add the meat to the garlic in the pot and sauté together. Once the meat is seared, add tomato paste and mix in. Sauté together for a minute or two.
- 3Pour two cans of chopped canned tomatoes over the meat with paste and add broth. Simmer together under a lid for 5 minutes.
- 4Add dried spaghetti to the pot (it's easier to work with if they are broken in half), stir, and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spaghetti is soft.
- 5Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the finished pasta sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
