  • 150 g finely grated carrot
  • 10 g butter
  • 35 g finely grated Parmesan
  • 160 g cream cheese
  • 5 drops of fresh lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 8-10 sticks of fresh cucumber
  • 2 wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

    Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the grated carrot.

    Place the cooled sautéed carrot in a bowl, add Parmesan and cream cheese, and mix everything together.

    Finally, season with salt to taste and add lemon juice.

    Spread the spread on both tortillas (not all the way to the edges, so it can be rolled up and the filling doesn't leak), place cucumber sticks in the center, and roll up.

    Cut the rolled tortillas into equally sized pieces.
