- 400 g fresh salmon fillet, skinless
- 50 g butter
- Salt
- 8 pieces of asparagus
- 500 g potato gnocchi
- 400 ml cream for sauces with 15% fat
- Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2Wash the salmon, pat it dry, and salt it.
- 3Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put a piece of butter on each fillet, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 4In the meantime, prepare the gnocchi. Wash the asparagus, break off the woody ends, and cut it into slices. Do not cut the asparagus tips, leave them whole.
- 5Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the asparagus in it. Then add the cream and simmer.
- 6Finally, add the Parmesan to the sauce, do not cook further, just let it melt. Salt to taste.
- 7Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions and mix them with the sauce.
- 8Serve the creamy gnocchi with the baked salmon.
