  • 400 g fresh salmon fillet, skinless
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt
  • 8 pieces of asparagus
  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 400 ml cream for sauces with 15% fat
  • Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

    Wash the salmon, pat it dry, and salt it.
  • 3
    Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put a piece of butter on each fillet, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

    In the meantime, prepare the gnocchi. Wash the asparagus, break off the woody ends, and cut it into slices. Do not cut the asparagus tips, leave them whole.

    Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the asparagus in it. Then add the cream and simmer.

    Finally, add the Parmesan to the sauce, do not cook further, just let it melt. Salt to taste.

    Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions and mix them with the sauce.

    Serve the creamy gnocchi with the baked salmon.
