INGREDIENTS
- 120 g sushi rice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 150 g frozen soybeans
- 1 avocado
- 200 g red cabbage
- 100 g carrot
- Dried green seaweed
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- Salt
- 300 g salmon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the rice in salted water until soft according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, transfer to a bowl and mix with rice vinegar.
- 2Remove the skin from the salmon, cut into centimeter cubes, and pour soy sauce over it. Let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
- 3Pour hot water over the soybeans and boil for 3 minutes, then drain and place in cold water.
- 4Pour hot water over the green seaweed, but do not boil. After a few minutes, drain the water and the seaweed is ready to eat.
- 5Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and cut into cubes, cut the carrot and red cabbage into strips.
- 6Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl, arrange the other ingredients around it, place the salmon in the center, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
