INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g beef sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 small tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 small red bell peppers
  • 3 cloves black garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh coriander

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the beef into slices and then into thin strips. The meat is cooked briefly, so it must be thin.

    Mix soy sauce and fish sauce with 200 ml of water and starch. Cut the onion and peppers into strips, and the garlic into slices. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it.

    In a hot pan with oil, fry the meat on both sides. It will be ready in a few minutes, then set aside. Pour a drop of oil into the pan and sauté the onion, pepper, garlic, and chili pepper. Once the vegetables are al dente, add the meat and sauce and let it heat through until it thickens. Taste and season with salt if necessary.

    Serve with boiled rice, lime, and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
