INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare a larger pot. Pour water into the pot for the pasta, add a little salt, and bring to a boil. Once the water in the pot starts boiling, add the pasta and cook it over medium heat according to the instructions on the package (we cooked the pasta for 17 minutes).
- 2Meanwhile, cut the chicken ham into thin strips and finely chop the spring onion greens along with the yellow onion.
- 3Then preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a deeper pan suitable for the oven (Ø 27 cm). Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan over medium heat.
- 4Add the chopped chicken ham and yellow onion to the heated oil and sauté everything together over medium heat for 4–5 minutes. After sautéing, turn off the heat, leave the onion with the ham in the pan, and wait for the pasta to finish cooking.
- 5After cooking, drain the pasta and then add it to the pan with the sautéed ham and onion.
- 6Crack 1 egg into a small bowl. Add the cottage cheese, finely chopped spring onion greens, and mix everything together. Add the resulting mixture to the pan with the other ingredients.
- 7Season the contents of the pan with salt and pepper, mix, and bake in the oven preheated to 190–195 °C for 18–20 minutes.
- 8Divide the finished baked pasta into 4 plates and serve.
